We were married in Indiana, and have resided in Florida through out marriage. We are going to get divorced and want to know if we have to do it in Indiana or can it be done in Florida? She is also threatening to move my son to Indiana and take him from me, can she do that? What do I need to do to prevent her relocation with my son.
Date of separation has been ruled in my favor, 2007. Married only 1 1/2 years. No kids. Last court date was 2 months ago. Judge has yet to make his decision. Does a judge have a time limit or can he drag this out as long as he wants?
I can not file my divorce paper in person, so I was wondering if I can fax my divorce paper. If I can, how much and what phone number do I call.

I want to find a job that will allow me to spend as much time with my little girl as possible. Her dad takes her on the on the weekends so that we both get about the same time with her. I have been working a 8-5 and get weekends off for a yr now but because of my situation I need to find a job that has more flexible work hours. If you know of any Bars/Night Clubs or Strip Clubs currently hiring it would be greatly appreaciated.

Couple have been separated (not sure if legally) for a year now. Divorce proceedings have been pushed back several times already because of property, custody, etc. One party has decided to start seeing someone else seriously…is that considered adultery? Can this be used against them in the divorce?

My fiance was divorced four years ago and agreed to release right to any accounts held in his ex wifes name. We recently found she had a secret bank account – statements mailed elsewhere, money deposited while they were married. This was never disclosed in any legal paperwork and if he had known about it, he would have never given up his rights. What can be done now?
